1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or subscribing to any service provided by BetLysts ("BetLysts", "we", "us", or "our") at betlysts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Nature of Service (Not a Sportsbook or Gambling Operator)
Important Regulatory Notice:
BetLysts is exclusively a quantitative sports analytics and mathematical software platform. BetLysts is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, or casino. BetLysts does not accept, place, or facilitate bets, wagers, or financial stakes of any kind.
All statistical outputs, expected value (+EV) calculations, model probabilities, and fractional Kelly staking suggestions are generated algorithmically for informational, analytical, and entertainment purposes only.
3. Age Eligibility & Responsible Wagering
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account or use BetLysts. By registering, you warrant and represent that you satisfy this age requirement.
Sports wagering involves risk of monetary loss. We strongly advocate for responsible gaming. Never wager capital that you cannot afford to lose. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please seek confidential help at BeGambleAware.org or GamCare.org.uk.
4. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, as well as for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Cancellation
BetLysts offers both a free tier and premium recurring subscription plans (Weekly Pro Pass, Monthly Pro Pass, and Annual Alpha Pass).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard rate.
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Billing Portal accessible in your Member Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery and real-time proprietary nature of sports analytics data and mathematical models, fees paid are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE BETLYSTS PLATFORM AND ALL ANALYTICAL MODELS, VALUE ASSESSMENTS, AND STATISTICAL METRICS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
BETLYSTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT HISTORICAL EDGE OR MODEL PROBABILITIES WILL PRODUCE POSITIVE FINANCIAL RETURNS OR OUTCOMES. SPORTS EVENTS ARE INHERENTLY UNCERTAIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BETLYSTS, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS.
7. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses
All proprietary algorithms, mathematical code, model justifications, website layouts, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of BetLysts. You may not scrape, redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly share paid picks or model outputs without express prior written consent.
8. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and European Union regulations.
